I have two albums in my library which are both named "Spaces" (1, 2). They are by different artists and have different dates, but currently they are shown as one album. I have included a screenshot.
This also means that you can only queue/play them together.

I am not sure what the best way to resolve this would be, perhaps grouping songs that have the same (album, album-artist) combination? Though I am not sure if this would break up existing albums.
